Local restaurants (and neighbors) Saiko Sushi and Sapori Italian Restaurant are expanding.
First off, Saiko Sushi is opening up their second location at 2884 University Ave in North Park. They have had wonderful success at their 116 Orange Avenue location and it was time to expand over the bridge.

Saiko Sake & Sushi Bar is a recent addition to North Park’s eclectic dining scene. Our space is beautiful and contemporary with exposed ceilings, local artwork and a striking mural. In addition to Saiko’s expansion, their next door neighbor, Sapori Italian Restaurant at 120 Orange Avenue, has also expanded their foodie offerings over the bridge with a new restaurant called Pizza E Birra. It’s located at 3625 India Street. Congrats to locals Laura and Raffaele Petrazzuolo.
