New Council Policy for Retail Establishments: The City Council this week adopted an administrative policy to eliminate or reduce off-street parking requirements for retail and personal service establishments with adjunct counter-oriented eating and drinking services. New Sign Installation: A new community sign was installed last week at Spreckels Park. The sign features local churches as well as local civic organizations and other local groups.
