Looking to find good deals on holiday gifts for friends, family, or yourself? The Friends of the Coronado Public Library operates a book store that sells gently used books at great prices. Second Hand Prose is located behind the Library on the 600 block of D Avenue across from the Coronado High School. For December, the book store’s sale features Christmas books, DVDs and audio books, and cook books — buy any two, get one free of equal or lesser value. 
Sales from these gently used books are used to fund library purchases and programs. Second Hand Prose is open daily.
