In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, the Rotary Club of Coronado reached out to help flood victims using the Rotary Club of West Houston, Texas as a point of contact. Dedicating all the proceeds of its Fashion Show, along with individual donations from Rotarians and non-Rotarians, the Coronado Rotary Club recently sent a check for $15,450 to the Houston Club’s Foundation. The funds are being used for speech-impaired persons to replace devices lost or damaged in the devastating flood waters.
