Coronado’s City Employee of the Year Honored by Rotary Club

Coronado’s City Employee of the Year, Bill Cecil, was honored by the Rotary for his service to the city.

Capital Projects Manager Cecil has served Coronado for 20 years. Most recently he worked as the project manager for the construction of the John D. Spreckels Center, the installation of the Naked Warrior Statue, the Boathouse and Club Room, and the Spreckels Park restroom.

The Coronado Rotary honors the City Employee of the Year selectee as way to recognize and pay tribute to those who represent the Rotary motto of Service above Self.
