The dispute over City municipal services for the new Navy Coastal Campus is continuing with lawsuits having been filed between Coronado and LAFCO – the Local Agency Formation Commission, and Imperial Beach suing Coronado. Before the lawsuits were filed Charter-Cox Local Edition’s Brad Pomerance sat down with Coronado’s Councilwoman Carrie Downey to help explain the dispute.
