Tell Us About Yourself
I was born and raised right here in Coronado. In fact, my family is 4th generation to Coronado. This created a lot of opportunities for our family.
I absolutely love the San Diego area, and went to college at SDSU. I’m very proud to call myself an Aztec. Having grown up playing sports, I continued with four years of lacrosse while at school.
After college, I lived in Germany for 4 months and completed an internship for the Department of Defense. I had the privilege of traveling the surrounding countries while living abroad. The team mentality I learned through sports and my internship lead perfectly into my real estate career.
Your Specialty
My real estate strengths are first-time homebuyers and new construction transactions.
I really enjoy working with first-time homebuyers because you get to create a new foundation. Everything is new. I like providing step-by-step education from start to finish. It’s about making the client feel comfortable and confident as I support them along the way.
I first got into new construction due to my father being a contractor at Falletta Construction Inc., and as a result, I really enjoy learning about the home building process and establishing professional relationships with each of our vendors. I apply and share this knowledge with my clients. This has been very beneficial to all parties involved.
Fun Tidbit
I have always had a passion for working with people. I took this passion to the next level and completed graduate school. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology in December of 2014. I feel I can utilize the clinical skills I gained in school to assist my clients in the buying/selling process, as it can be challenging or overwhelming at times.
How do you like to spend your free time?
San Diego and Coronado have so much to offer!
When I do have free time, I enjoy spending it with family and friends. I enjoy exploring when I have the chance. I love trying new restaurants, shopping at local boutiques, stand-up paddle boarding, and soaking up the sun at the beach.
However, my true passion is traveling. I love both domestic and international travel. My next stops are Indonesia and Thailand.
What is On Tap for 2016?
2016 is expected to be the busiest year of my career!
As of now, I will be closing escrow on 3 new construction projects. Each of these projects will consist of 4 homes. In June, the project located on 2nd and B St. will be near completion. I will be listing two front houses, ranging from $1,575,000-1,625,000 and two back houses, ranging from $1,325,000-1,375,000.
In 2017, Falletta Construction Inc. will develop 4 large custom homes. These stunning homes will be one block from the beach located at 1044-1050 Isabella Ave. They will be available for purchase towards the end of this year.
