I was recently asked by a few newbie’s to Coronado, how to avoid all the crowds in San Diego. I responded with my 2 simple tricks that seem to make my life much more enjoyable. The first is when going out to eat. It seems that once you hit 6pm the wait increases exponentially. So try to get reach your favorite dining spot before 6. The second is in regards to making the most out of all the great pay parks (i.e. San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland). The trick here is to get there when it opens. I’ve been able to do almost everything my little ones want before the crowds hit. You can usually see an increase in people starting at 11am and then around noon everyone is in attendance.
