“Mission: Impossible – Fallout” – An Action-Packed, Adrenaline-Filled Thrill Ride

Get ready for a fast-paced thrill-ride interlaced with humor if you choose to see Mission: Impossible – Fallout, the sixth in the series that began 22 years ago with Tom Cruise starring as Ethan Hunt, a secret agent in the Impossible Missions Force (IMF).

The opening scenes give you an understanding and appreciation for Ethan Hunt, a driven, intelligent and compassionate agent who is determined to complete the mission, but not at the cost of sacrificing his team members. Forced to partner with cold and calculating August Walker, played by Henry Cavill, Hunt not only has to focus on his mission but also deal with an unknown agent.

Filled with suspense and intrigue, Fallout will keep you guessing and on the edge of your seat throughout the movie. The intense scenes are tempered by humor, offering a glimpse into the characters’ personalities and motives.

Cruised does not disappoint, performing stunts that get more daring and incredible throughout the movie. High speed chases on foot, in motorcycles, cars and helicopters have Cruise bringing you on a wild and death-defying ride. Along with the action comes intelligent escape plans with twists and turns that surprise you.

While this movie, like all Mission: Impossible movies, is predictable at times and far-fetched, it is very entertaining and will get your heart racing. I’d recommend this for anyone 13 and older that loves fast-paced action flicks.
