Join the Coronado Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 10th for a seminar titled “Creating a Winning Culture” with author, Executive Coach and Certified Speaking Professional Marty Stanley. The seminar will be held at the Coronado Historical Association Lecture Hall from 5:00 –7:00pm. The cost is $25 per person, but complimentary for Chamber members.
People are searching for a sense of normalcy in the face of uncertainty and rapid change because business-as-usual just won’t work. Employee demographics, new technologies, changes in regulations and employee and customer expectations are very different today than they were just 5 years. By 2020 50% of the workforce will be people born after 1980 and by 2025 this generation will represent 75% of the workforce. Their goals, aspirations, expectations and skill sets are unlike previous generations.
Navigating the New Reality – A Strategic Approach to Corporate Culture will show leaders how to develop initiatives and put the structures in place that align HR and operational strategies for increased employee engagement and retention.
In this interactive program participants will walk away with practical tools that will:
- Identify organizational cultures that work and those that don’t – and why
- Illustrate how to create alignment and sustainability
- Provide an overview to 5 steps for a high performance culture
- Hear examples of challenges and successes of transforming cultures
Please email [email protected] or call 619-435-9260 with questions or to register. More information can also be found on the Chamber website.
