Stadium 1 Enhancements Include Upgraded Suites, Concessions & Restrooms

INDIAN WELLS, Calif. – Daily tickets and Daily Double packages for the 2017 BNP Paribas Open, the largest WTA and ATP World Tour combined two-week event in the world, to be held March 6-19, are now on sale, it was announced today by Chief Operating Officer Steve Birdwell.

New Ticketing Options

The tournament is introducing a new Grounds Pass, which allows access to all non-reserved seating in Stadiums 2-9, and will range in price from $20-$50 per ticket from March 8-16. The Pass replaces the General Admission ticket, offering an affordable opportunity for fans to watch all the matches in Stadiums 2-9 and engage in fan-friendly activities throughout the site. Stadium 1 now offers two different Loge seating options – Loge and Prime Loge – with tickets ranging from $45 for a Loge seat to $70 for a Prime Loge seat for the Wednesday, March 8 day session to $70 for a Loge seat and $110 for Prime Loge seats for the Championship Weekend (March 17-19). Coachella Valley residents, students, seniors, military and USTA members receive 30 percent off on regular price Prime Loge seats in Stadium 1 for sessions between March 8-16.

Daily tickets for reserved seats in Stadium 2 in the lower bowl, including 100 sections and select 200 sections, begin at $150. Access to some 200 sections in the lower bowl and to all sections in the upper bowl of Stadium 2 is available to any patron holding a reserved ticket or Grounds Pass to the tournament. Daily tickets for reserved seats in Stadium 3 are also available and begin at $90.

A popular package for fans is the Daily Double, which guarantees the same great seat for both day and evening sessions. A wide variety of Series, Mini, Group and Hotel Packages are also available.

Stadium 1 Upgrades To Enhance Fan Experience

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden will feature several improvements for the 2017 BNP Paribas Open. In an effort to enhance the overall fan experience in the second largest tennis stadium in the world, existing Stadium 1 concessions will be upgraded and expanded. Four premium walk-in concessions, similar to Stadium 2, will be added to the main concourse allowing for the introduction of new food concepts and a greater menu variety. In addition, concessions will be created for the second suite level and the upper bowl.

All of the restrooms on the Concourse and second level will be replaced, increasing both the quantity of facilities and integrating the design aspects of Stadium 2 restrooms. Restrooms will also be added to the upper bowl, where there were none previously.

The suites throughout Stadium 1 will be completely renovated. In addition, the existing open air portion of the Concourse level will be covered to allow the suites on the second level to be significantly expanded, and include private restrooms.
