Thanks and appreciation to City council and Engineering Dept. for renewed interest in undergrounding power & telephone lines. First street residents formed a “district” several years ago when 80% of respondents agreed to defray the cost of connecting their homes to the main line. How nice to have First street revert to being a Scenic Route”
