SAN DIEGO A former gunner’s mate who worked in an armory pleaded guilty Thursday to a federal charge of illegally exporting stolen military equipment.
Phillip Andro Jamison, 31, pleaded guilty to one of six federal counts against him when he appeared in U.S. District Court in San Diego.
