Enjoy a bit of free holiday magic at the City of Coronado’s Snow Mountain! Play in the snow in southern California on Friday, December 7, from 2:00pm – 7:00pm. This highlight of Coronado’s 43rd Annual Holiday Open House features tons and tons of snow for children to play on at the Coronado Ferry Landing located at 1201 First Street, Coronado.
Come for the snow but stay for all the festive fun! Delight in holiday crafts, face painting, the prize wheel, hot chocolate, cookies and of course snow! This all takes place from 2:00 pm -7:00 pm along with Snow Mountain.
Join us early at Snow Mountain to meet Santa as he arrives on the ferry at 3:20 pm! Add extra magic to the day by riding the ferry with Santa and his Elves. They will be aboard the 3:00 pm ferry leaving from San Diego to cross the bay and join the celebration in Coronado.
These holiday activities are provided free of charge thanks to the generous funding from the Port of San Diego Tidelands Activation Program and the support of the Coronado Ferry Landing and Coronado Chamber of Commerce. The Port’s Tidelands Activation Program is designed to support a vibrant and active waterfront with events that engage the community and inspire visitors to enjoy San Diego Bay.
