Crimes:
10/9/18-10/10/18: Petty Theft near 800 block of F Avenue
Overnight the victim’s unlocked bicycle was stolen out of her gated backyard. The value of the bicycle is approximately $80.
10/9/18: Obscene and Threatening Calls near 800 block of Fifth Street
Victim had her purse, containing a list of her family’s numbers, stolen from her person earlier in the day at the Fashion Valley Mall, and the incident was reported to San Diego PD. Later in the day, the victim’s family members received several phone calls from the same phone number.
10/9/18: Transporting/Selling Controlled Substances near 700 block of Tenth Street
The reporting party had been out of town, but a neighbor was collecting packages for her. When she returned she was opening the packages and opened one delivered by the US Postal Service. She realized it was not to her name but only her address. She discovered a suspicious item determined to be a kilogram of cocaine.
10/8/18-10/9/18: Petty Theft near 300 block of C Avenue
Unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and removed Navy security badges and a vehicle key lanyard. The total loss is approximately $300.
10/8/18-10/9/18: Petty Theft near 300 block of C Avenue
Unknown suspect removed an Apple iPod from an unlocked vehicle parked in the alley behind the location. The total loss is approximately $95.
10/8/18-10/9/18: Petty Theft near 600 block of D Avenue
Unknown suspect removed a bicycle from the bike rack at the location and fled in an unknown direction. The total loss is approximately $500.
10/6/18: Report of Domestic Violence near 700 block of E Avenue
Subjects were involved in a verbal dispute at the location.
10/5/18: Petty Theft near 600 block of Orange Avenue
Victim left her backpack unattended at the Coronado Public Library for a period of time, and her wallet and cell phone were taken.
