Cops and Robbers: Violation of Restraining Order (3/21/18-3/29/18)

Thanks to the City of Coronado Police Department for providing The Coronado Times with the below information (partial list):

Crimes:

3/27/18: Grand Theft near 1500 block of Orange Avenue

Victim reported the bicycle he rented was stolen from the parking lot of the location. The bicycle was parked at the bicycle rack located in the parking lot closest to the front entrance not locked.

3/24/18: Malicious Mischief/Vandalism (Misdemeanor) near 200 block of D Avenue

Unknown suspect damaged the driver-side side mirror of the victim’s vehicle parked at the location.

3/24/18: Violation of Court Order to Prevent Domestic Violence at Unknown Location

Victim reported that suspect violated a domestic violence restraining order by following him while he was in the City of Coronado.

3/22/18: Petty Theft near 600 block of D Avenue

Unknown suspect stole a yellow and red mountain bicycle. It was cable-locked to a tree at the location. The victim estimated the bicycle’s value at $500.

3/21/18: Opening Credit Line Using Another’s ID near 200 block of C Avenue

Unknown suspect called MasterCard via telephone and provided victim’s personal information to MasterCard. The unknown suspect changed victim’s mailing address and attempted to open a new credit card but were unable to. The victim did not have any monetary loss.

3/29/18: Trespassing – Misdemeanor near 200 block of Ocean Boulevard

21 year old male

3/27/18: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol – Misdemeanor near 5500 block of Silver Strand Boulevard

22 year old female

3/22/18: Outside Warrant on Felony Charge – Felony near 1800 block of Strand Way

24 year old male
