Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa Celebrates Local Residents Through New “Live Well Coronado” Community Spotlight

Southern California health and wellness resort, the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa, announces its new “Live Well Coronado Community Spotlight.” The campaign recognizes the contributions of Coronado residents who are living well and doing well within the local community, and is now accepting nominations.

Each month, the Spa at Coronado Island located inside the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa, will honor one local resident who is making a positive impact within the community, and in appreciation, will also provide a day of wellbeing and relaxation at the spa. General Manager of the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa, Nusrat Mirza, says that the concept “live well” is deeply engrained in all aspects of the resort.

“Every day, we are inspired by the beautiful community that surrounds us and the residents who personify our ‘live well’ vision through philanthropy, civic engagement, military involvement, education and the arts,” said Mirza. “It is these individuals who make Coronado such a dynamic community to be a part of, and the purpose of our Live Well Community Spotlight is to recognize these outstanding individuals, while also sharing inspiration through their efforts and dedication to enhancing Coronado.”

The Spa at Coronado Island is now accepting nominations for its monthly Live Well Coronado Community Spotlight. Nominations can be submitted by emailing [email protected]. 

Nominees should be living or working in Coronado, and submissions should include a detailed description of the individual’s community contributions. One resident will be recognized each month and will be treated to a spa day.
