Police Blotter: Hungry Chef Who Doesn’t Do Laundry (July 8 – July 11)

Thanks to the City of Coronado Police Department for providing The Coronado Times with the below information (partial list):

CRIMES

7/11/2016: Burglary (Second Degree) in the 100 block of Orange Avenue
Unknown suspect(s) entered a restaurant and took food and chef coats worth $3,300.

7/8/2016: Petty Theft near 800 block of Orange Avenue
Local business was alerted by the San Diego Sheriff’s Department that suspects were in possession of multiple checks belonging to the business. The business had not given permission and was unaware.

ARRESTS

7/11/2016: Evading Police Officer – Felony; Brandish Firearm and Hit and Run – Misdemeanors near 5500 SR-75
26 year old Hispanic male

7/8/2016: DUI Alcohol – Misdemeanor near 600 block of 4th Street
54 year old white male

7/8/2016: Possession Controlled Substance (Drugs) – Misdemeanor near 1000 block of 2nd Street
31 year old white male
