Attention all CHS graduating senior ladies! The Coronado Woman’s Club and the Coronado Junior Woman’s Club are teaming up to present $10,000 in scholarship award money for the young ladies of the CHS Class of 2015. These scholarships will be awarded to graduating female Coronado High School seniors who are planning to attend a higher education institution in the fall of 2015.
The CWC will be awarding two scholarships this year: the President’s and the Founder’s scholarships, each with an award of $4000. The CJWC will be awarding two Marilyn Foster Scholarships this year, each with an award of $1000.
This Friday- May 1- is the deadline for both scholarships! Candidates can either send in an application by mail (must be postmarked by May 1) or submit an application online at www.crownscholarships.com. All information, including requirements, mailing addresses, and essay prompts, can be found on the Crown Scholarships website or at the CHS front office.
