Tuesdays with TED is a new series of workshops inspired from world renowned TED Talks. These short presentations made by professional experts explore “ideas worth spreading” and have fundamental values that can truly impact the way society thinks, lives, and progresses. Tuesdays with Ted is an experiential and interactive workshop that utilizes specific talks in order to highlight ideas that are significant to daily life in Coronado.
This upcoming Tuesdays with TED: Cultivating and Attitude of Gratitude will center around Neil Parsicha’s talk on the power of gratitude in profoundly shaping thought and human experience. Since living in an age of excess proves gratitude for the simple harder to achieve, cultivating a gracious mind is one of the most powerful tools parents can give to their children, and themselves.
This workshop is taking place 6:00-7:30pm Tuesday, November 18. At Granzar Hall (Coronado Middle School) located at 550 F Ave. The event has a suggested minimum donation of $10 per person and $20 per family (scholarships are available upon request).
