Pat McCoy loves Buddy; he’s her best friend and constant companion. After a complicated injury, Buddy required extensive surgery to rebuild his front leg. Like all mothers, there was no question what the right choice would be for her feisty, 12 year old, Jack Russell.
When the vet bills accumulated, she went into action. With the help of friends, she put together numerous yard sales, complete with coffee, sodas and baked goods. The word went out to PAWS of Coronado and several volunteers came to contribute to Buddy’s cause. The yard sales aren’t over; there is more work to do to zero balance that expense. She’s committed and thankful. Over and over, she expresses her gratitude to her friends and PAWS of Coronado allies for the support they have given to assist her in this process.
