The Coronado Tourism Improvement District (CTID) promotes Coronado as year round destination to visitors from across the bridge and across the country. This contributes to the vitality of businesses that depend on tourism, especially during the off-season.
In July, the CTID will begin reviewing applications for its third series of community grants for Coronado events that impact the local economy and improve occupancy in our hotels.
$20,000 has been earmarked for the 2012-2013 Community Grant Program and organizers of local events are encouraged to apply. The grant guidelines and application can be downloaded at CoronadoTourismDistrict.org.
