The garage doors are being blocked again (as are electronic keys). I was left scaling an 8 ft fence to get into my home Oct. 13/2011 as I did not have my keys, no family or friends around at 2000 hrs. I called The Base on Friday & after being shuffled to 8 people…finally got told it was not the Navy’s fault & to go buy a new garage door system (been there , done that!) and to buy a new electronic key. Interesting how we – the citizens of Coronado – all know that this happens when a new carrier comes to town. Why is that the Navy does not know that?? Better yet…try to be a better community neighbor. I am in my senior years & not good at fence scaling…who will pay the hospital bills?
