Crafted by executive chef Paulo Mendoza, the specialty children’s menu will feature festive takes on popular breakfast dishes and drinks, priced at $12.95 per child. Children may choose between Christmas punch, a mix of orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and ginger ale; or holiday hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermint. Breakfast dishes include a fresh fruit cup and Grinchie Cakes, green pancakes topped with seasonal sprinkles, whipped cream, whipped butter and maple syrup.
Additional holiday breakfast selections will include eggnog pancakes topped with powdered sugar, whipped butter and maple syrup; and a house-made cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting. The complete menu, featuring a selection of sweet and savory dishes, will also be available.
For those aged 21 and over, festive cocktails will include a Christmas mimosa, sparkling wine with orange and cranberry juice, garnished with cranberries and rosemary; gingerbread eggnog with Maker’s Mark Whisky and Captain Morgan Spiced Rum garnished with ground cinnamon, whipped cream and a gingerbread cookie; and the Naughty Elf, a combination of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, pomegranate liqueur, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice and Sprite garnished with holiday sprinkles and a candy cane.
