The FBI said on Tuesday that agents had arrested a man at Naval Base Coronado who was using a fast-food restaurant’s wi-fi hot spot to look at and download child pornography.
Joseph Valencia Gonzales II, 36, was arrested on Nov. 8 at about 1:15 p.m., according to the FBI. Officials said agents from the FBI and Naval Criminal Investigative Service participated in the arrest.
