Company representatives will be on hand to answer questions concerning water rates, infrastructure improvements, water supply and conservation programs
IMPERIAL BEACH, CA (January 24, 2011) California American Water will hold two community open house and information sessions in its San Diego County service district during the month of February. Company representatives from customer service, conservation, rates, operations, water quality, engineering and external affairs will be available to answer questions and provide information about the services offered to customers. In addition, customers will be provided information about the company’s general rate case application (A. 10-07-007) for years 2012-2014 currently pending before the California Public Utilities Commission.
Customers will also be provided information regarding conservation programs and rebates they can take advantage of. Free conservation kits with water saving devices including low-flow hose nozzles, sink aerators, shower heads and more will be available.
