The Del Presents Fall Dining, Haunted Celebrations and More

As the weather turns crisp, tourists return home and haunted celebrations are on the docket, dining and entertainment options are expanding this fall at The Del as On the Rocks, a new gourmet food truck and beverage trailer debuts. Residents won’t want to miss a special free Beach Yoga. There are lots of ghostly and ghoulish happenings to celebrate the spooky season from Ghost Roasts and Night of 1000 Clowns to a Psychic medium weekend event with James Van Praagh and Donna Bond.

With the pool and Sun Deck renovations already underway and continuing through May 2020, The Del will offer their newest beach dining experience On The Rocks, a gourmet food-truck and beverage trailer, which will be located on Del Beach. On The Rocks will debut on October 3 and will offer an eclectic menu of beach favorites including Yellowfin tuna poke bowls, savory sandwiches and fresh salads and more. I personally can’t wait to try the crispy fries that come loaded with a choice of mouthwatering toppings. Enjoy good vibrations, and even better libations, at the Beverage Bar and Trailer with a selection of local beers on tap, wines by the bottle or glass and tropical cocktail creations. Or hop on the unique bicycle blender and cycle up a batch of Peach-Mango Morning Sunshine to serve six any time of day.

Walk up to order or relax while you enjoy full-service dining on the expansive beach deck overlooking the ocean. Classic beach games take place daily from 1 to 6 pm and sandcastle building happens every Sunday. Don’t forget to listen for the sound of the bell at the end of each day and take time for a moment of reflection and gratitude. Check out the details at On the Rocks.
