Rob Vaine has been Appointed Assistant General Manager at Glorietta Bay Inn

Rob Vaine New Assistant General ManagerCoronado, CA, December 10, 2015 – With more than 13 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry, Rob Vaine has been appointed Assistant General Manager at Glorietta Bay Inn. In his new role Vaine will oversee operations at the hotel by leading his team to achieve strong performance goals and surpass revenue projections.

“Rob has been a great addition to our team. His diverse wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry adds value to our property,” said Claudia Ludlow, general manager of Glorietta Bay Inn. “Rob was an easy choice with his vast ‘islander’ knowledge of the area and a focus on personalized service.”

Prior to Glorietta Bay Inn, Vaine held the front office manager position and the beach village manager position at the Hotel del Coronado. From there, Vaine has worked in a number of leadership positions including director of rooms at Hotel La Jolla, as well as Hotel Palomar, director of welcome office at W San Diego, and most recently as assistant director of front office at the Sheraton San Diego.
