Position: Team member
Schedule: MUST have OPEN availability without any restrictions including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to start immediately and work holidays.
Pay: Starting $8/hr + tips
Requirements: We are looking for high energy, happy, friendly, outgoing individuals, who are well spoken, always smile, have a flexible schedule and are self-motivated with strong work ethic and excellent people skills. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, multi-task and maximize time while remaining upbeat. Other requirements include able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, stand, bend, pull, scoop, and reach through-out shift. Must learn/know how to properly clean machines on a regular-basis (training to be provided on the job).
Job Description; Naturally make every guest smile and create a memorable experience from the moment they enter the store by smiling, greeting and interacting with guests while providing fast and super friendly service throughout their visit. Must be able to work fast, moving from task to task while constantly cleaning the entire facility and also ensuring all toppings and yogurt are high quality, prepped, restocked and nicely displayed. Customer service experience. With so much responsibility, honesty and dependability are a must!
Work Experience: Yogurt, ice cream, restaurant, or other customer service experience preferred. Basic math and cash handling skill are required and excellent communication skills are necessary.
