Join the Armchair Travel Program and Experience Cambodia on August 8th

The Coronado Senior Center is pleased to announce their next installment of the Armchair Travel Program at 6:00 on Thursday, the 8th of August, at the Senior Center.
This is a venue for Coronadoans who are interested in foreign travel to share their experiences and learn about new lands. Programs are presented on the 2nd Thursday of each month, so please mark your calendars.
Our speaker for this month is Jim Richter, a docent at SDMA and member of the Asian Arts Council. Mr. Richter will present an overview of the temples of Ankor Wat, Cambodia. He has compiled a comprehensive collection of slides including views of Ankor Wat, Ankor Thom and Ban Tei Srei.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own memories of Ankor to share, as well as Cambodian artifacts.
Wine and appetizers will be served at 6:00 and the program will begin at 6:45.
Donations for wine will be greatly appreciated.
