Coping with grief during the holidays, in-person virtual presentation

The John D. Spreckels Center is partnering with Sharp Coronado Hospital to offer a free, live virtual presentation: Coping with Grief During the Holidays.

Grief can feel especially heavy during the holiday season. This compassionate discussion, led by experienced medical professionals from Sharp Coronado Hospital, will explore healthy ways to understand, navigate, and cope with loss during this time of year.

This program is part of Sharp Coronado Hospital’s ongoing series of quality health presentations, created in response to community feedback.
