For the month of April, Blue Bridge Hospitality will be partnering with Jim Sullivan and No Kid Hungry – a national nonprofit that is dedicated to ending childhood hunger in America. As part of this BBH-wide initiative, Executive Pastry Chef Lori Sauer has crafted a roster of eight special desserts (one unique offering per concept) that will be available for purchase at the restaurants.
For each dessert sold, a portion of proceeds will go directly towards No Kid Hungry. Participating concepts include: STAKE Chophouse & Bar, West Pac Noodle Bar, Maretalia Ristorante, Leroy’s Kitchen + Lounge, Village Pizzeria, Lil’ Piggy’s Bar-B-Q, Coronado Coffee Company and Mootime Creamery.
