On October 20, 1967, a Yakima, Washington man named Roger Patterson filmed the most famous Bigfoot film ever shot, and people have been arguing about it ever since. Capturing Bigfoot centers on a newly discovered reel of 16mm footage from 1966 that sat locked in a safe for decades. Audiences are seeing it for the first time in this film, which premiered at SXSW in March of this year.
