SAN DIEGO — A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Saturday on an Interstate 5 onramp next to the Coronado Bay Bridge in Logan Heights, police said.
The pedestrian was struck just before 4 p.m. on the Cesar Chavez Parkway onramp to Interstate 5, said Officer Frank Cali of the San Diego Police Department.
