The Freshman class at Coronado High School is sponsoring a fundraiser offering an Islander ornament. If you would like to purchase one or more of these unique ornaments, just follow these instructions:
Complete the order form on this page. If you have trouble capturing the form, please include the requested information on a separate sheet of paper that will act as your order form.
Attach your payment to the order form. Checks are payable to CHS ASB.
Bring your order form and payment to the CHS office. If you have a student at CHS, you can have them deliver the form and payment to Mr. Couture in room 602.
Deadline for pre-orders is Wednesday, December 10, 2014.
Any excess inventory (after pre-orders are filled) will be available for sale in the Student Store during break and lunch only the week of December 15th.
