The Coronado Junior Woman’s Club and hosts Jamie O’Grady and Majuba Levine will be hosting “Shop For A Cause” with one of the hottest brands in women’s fashion A.L.C. – popping up in Coronado on Friday, September 20. The event will be hosted at the home of Jamie O’Grady and those that RSVP are welcome to shop A.L.C.’s fall line. Thatch jewelry and Khara Collective, both San Diego based female-owned small businesses, will be joining the pop up.
A portion of the proceeds will go towards funding an additional scholarship in 2025 for the CJWC’s Marilyn Foster Scholarships. The Coronado scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors either from Coronado or going to school in Coronado that have a proven commitment through service.

A.L.C. was founded by Andrea Lieberman after growing up in Manhattan, training at Parson’s School of Design and living in France & Africa, Leiberman exploded onto the styling scene when putting Jennifer Lopez in that Versace dress. Drawing from her international travels and experiences with her celebrity clientele, she launched A.L.C. in 2009 to create versatile, beautifully crafted spaces women’s wardrobes were missing.
