CRIME

12/3/2015: Impersonated Police Officer near 100 block of C Avenue
Unknown suspect, claiming to be a Deputy Sheriff, called the victim and said he had a warrant. The suspect tried to get the victim to go to the grocery store to purchase gift cards to pay the bail for the warrant. The victim notified the Coronado police shortly afterwards.

12/2/2015: Petty theft near 1500 block of Glorietta Boulevard
Unknown suspect(s) removed and stole the passenger door of the victim’s 2001 Ford Ranger while it was parked on the street.

12/1/2015: Report of Domestic Violence at an undisclosed location
The victim was called several names by her boyfriend and then pushed.

11/29/2015: Petty Theft near 800 block of Orange Avenue
An unknown suspect stole a purse from the Village Theatre in Coronado. The purse and its content were valued at seventy dollars.

11/28/2015: Battery near 600 block of Alameda Avenue
Victim and suspect were involved in a verbal confrontation that turned physical when the subject struck the victim four times with his elbow. Neither party sustained injuries though.

11/27/2015: Burglary of the First Degree near 1500 block of Orange Avenue
Unknown suspects took victim’s bicycle from his open garage.

11/26/2015: Obtain Money by False Pretenses near 1400 block of Second Street
A suspect used the false pretense of having a room for rent in order to get money from the victim.

11/25/2015: Grand Theft of Property near 1700 block of Avenda Del Sol
Unknown suspect(s) stole victim’s purse from car, and then continued to use the five credit cards located within the purse to make unauthorized purchases throughout the county of San Diego.

11/21/2015: Use of Others Identification near 900 block of Pomona Avenue
An unknown suspect opened a Verizon account for service under the victim’s name without the victim’s permission

12/3/2015: Burglary of the Second Degree near 1700 block of Avenda Del Sol
38 year old Hispanic male

12/2/2015: Resist of Police and Arrest near 2000 block of Mullinix Drive
22 year old white male

12/2/2015: Purchase or Receipt by Minor of Tobacco or Smoking Paraphernalia near 600 block of Orange Avenue
17 year old female of an unknown race.

12/2/2015: Grand Theft Property near 1300 block of 1st street
53 year old white male

12/1/2015: Grand theft of Property near 900 Orange Avenue
49 year old white male

11/20/2015: Minor Possessing Alcohol near 800 block of Margarita Avenue
16 year old white male
