The Twelve Bugs of Christmas
by Mercy Tangredi, Third Grade Reporter
Editor’s Note: I am not really sure what inspired Mercy to write this version of 12 Days of Christmas, but I noticed that amidst the many Coronado homes decorated for Christmas with pretty lights, candles, wreaths, trees and nativity scenes, there was one that had a red and green tent. It was tented for termites! This is truly a carol for kids fascinated by bugs, or anyone enjoying a little holiday nonsense.
