A user can create custom home searches using standard criteria or create a custom map of a desired area, designate favorite properties and make notes on each home. The saved searches can be set up to automatically notify a user of new listings or price changes within their search as soon as they happen. The app can also provide information on what a home is worth and what homes have sold for in the past.
