During your initial visit at Coronado Smiles Dental, we will perform a comprehensive examination. A native San Diegan, Dr. Afshar and her family have resided in Coronado since 2005. She attended Patrick Henry High and San Diego State, where she received her Bachelors in Biology, before attending the Prestigious, University of the Pacific School of dentistry. Practicing since 2000, she is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Society, the San Diego County Dental Society, and San Diego Association of Women Dentists.
Through her years of training and experience, Dr. Afshar has developed a theory of Comprehensive Dental Care. It begins with developing ideal oral health for the teeth and supporting tissues, as well as excellence in appearance and function.
