The award was presented at the Stars of the Industry ceremony at the Weston St. Francis on November 21, 2014. The award ceremony honors hotel employees for their exceptional accomplishments, service, and leadership in the lodging industry.
Georgia has been providing a welcoming experience for guests entering the hotel for the past 17 years. She is known for her dedicated guest service and hard work. Her charming personality and positive greeting puts a smile on even the weariest of travelers.
The Stars of the Industry awards were created more than 40 years ago by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.“Georgia epitomizes what it means to be an outstanding employee. I have never met a woman who is as punctual, personable, and consistently willing to make our guests happy as her. I am certain that without Georgia as part of our team, not only would our employees be as happy, but most importantly our guests,” said Mike Murrell, Assistant General Manager.
