A Summers Night in Coronado — For Cyclists and anyone who likes to have fun — proceeds benefitting the arthritis foundation

You are invited! And I hope that you can make it this year. Members of
the San Diego Team are putting on a huge shindig! The Second Annual
“A Summer’s Night in Coronado”, a gala event benefitting the Arthritis
Foundation will take place on the evening of August 19, 2010 at the Bahama Village Clubhouse – 43 1/2 Catspaw Cape, Coronado, CA 92118.

$30 tickets (or $35 at the door). The event is from 6 to 10.
So here’s the latest scoop!

In the first hour, there will be a band playing from a private music
school called “School of Rock”. Yes, it’s like the movie. The kids are
highly accomplished musicians from 7 to 18 and audition to be in the
house band that will be playing rock music (hopefully not too loud).
They will be performing in the back room at the party from 6-6:50. I am
telling people if this type of music does not appeal to them, then they
should arrive after 6:50.

We plan to have the same events as last year – silent auction, wine,
food pairings, fashion show and bike shop putting on the showcase. Trek
is putting on our showcase. We have models strutting in cycle fashions
from Pearl Izumi, Canari, and Bontrager. OH and this year – we have
triple the silent auction donations. Bigger and better.

We are also selling tickets for an opportunity drawing – $25 per ticket
for a 7 day cruise for 2 on Holland America to Alaska, Mexico, Caribbean
or Canada/New England. AWESOME!

If you are interested in purchasing tickets ahead of time, let me know.
You can check out the list of auction items at
www.summersnightcoronado.blogspot.com . There is a registration link
attached to the website at the right side of the sponsorship section in
case you want to purchase tickets on line – and that includes purchasing
opportunity drawing tickets. CHECK OUT THE AWESOME SILENT AUCTION
ITEMS!!!
More information you can call JoAnn 619 302 9612! Hope to see you there!
