Revel in Islander Pride this Friday, October 30 — come to Coronado High School’s Homecoming events: Homecoming Parade: starts at 3:30 p.m. at the corner of Orange Avenue and Adella. The parade follows Orange to 7th Street. There will be fierce competition among the classes to see who wins the title for the best float. Homecoming BBQ: The Senior Class is sponsoring a pre-game chow down at CHS before the game, with proceeds going to Senior Class activities. Homecoming Football Game: THE main event! Come watch the CHS Varsity football team take on Kearny High School at 7:30 p.m. on CHS’s Niedermeyer Field — Don’t forget to wear GREEN & WHITE! GO ISLANDERS!
