Sharp Coronado Hospital warmly invites you to “How Music Helps Us Survive The Holidays” on Thursday, Nov. 13, 5–6 pm at the Coronado Community Center. This all-ages event is designed to be inclusive, exploring the decisive role of music in reducing stress, lifting spirits, and strengthening family bonds. Enjoy interactive activities and expert advice that you can use every day this holiday season.
