Join Sharp Coronado Hospital’s registered dietitian and fitness specialist at the John D. Spreckels Center on Thursday, January 19 at 2 pm. Learn about the latest methods and techniques to create healthy eating habits and learn strategies to help you with your exercise choices. This information will encourage you to start (or stay) on a path to lasting health improvements.
The presentation will be at 1019 Seventh Street. Registration is not required and is free to the public. This is a great opportunity to start the new year off focusing on your health!
