National Pancake Day

Clayton’s Coffee Shop and Clayton’s Bakery & Bistro will be stacked on Monday, Sept. 26 for National Pancake Day.
Clayton’s Coffee Shop, 979 Orange Ave, will highlight their signature hot cakes, served in a trio or a short stack of two jacks, with the option to add strawberries, blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips, and real maple syrup.
Clayton’s Bakery & Bistro, 849 Orange Ave, will feature its Dutch baby pancakes, soft, crepe-like pancakes topped with powdered sugar and fresh lemon with fresh berries and lemon curd.
