Finding Health Through Music: A Wellness Presentation

FreeDiscover the health benefits of music at the John D. Spreckels Center. Join Sharp Coronado Hospital music therapist for “Music for Wellness” on Thursday, July 17, from 2 to 3 pm.
This interactive and free presentation explores how music therapy can reduce pain and anxiety, improve well-being, and encourage personal reflection. Attendees will participate in a group music-making activity using hand-played percussion instruments — no prior experience required!
