Prepare for a day of wonder on October 2, as we embark on a special trip to Queen Califia’s Magical Circle in Escondido. Departing from the John D. Spreckels Center at 9:15 am, this enchanting journey promises a captivating blend of art and nature.
Queen Califia’s Magical Circle, created by the renowned artist Niki de Saint Phalle, is a spellbinding sculpture garden that will leave you mesmerized. With its vibrant mosaics and fantastic sculptures, this whimsical sanctuary invites you to explore a colorful and imaginative world.
After your exploration of the garden, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a picturesque lunch at Cordiano Winery. While lunch is at your own expense, the scenic vineyard setting provides a perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal.
Participants will return to the John D. Spreckels Center by 2:45 pm, concluding a day of artistic discovery and delightful dining.
The fee for this magical day trip is $40 for residents and $45 for non-residents. Please note that refunds will not be processed for cancellations made within 72 hours or less of the event date.
