Coronado community members need to know the public health impacts of the cross-border pollution and sewage in our beach waters and our air, and how it affects our families, Navy SEALS, first responders, and people who live here. And with great progress now finally being made, what do community members need to know about the best ways to protect ourselves, how to advocate for change, how long the construction will take, and what actions our elected officials are taking to remedy this issue? How are we planning for a long-term horizon with our bi-national area growing so rapidly?
Coronado students from Stop The Sewage Club are organizing this Community Health Forum to inform our community about this pressing issue.
