Classy Golf Classic: Golf of Ages

Mark your calendars! The 32nd Annual Classy Golf Classic will be held on Friday, May 23 at the Coronado Golf Course.

This year’s theme is “Golf of Ages,” and participants will be encouraged to outfit their team in the attire of their favorite era. If you golf “purist” and the ghost of Old Tom Morris haunts your garage, pull out the heavy wool pants and tweed jacket. If Bobby Jones is your hero, slip into some nifty plus fours and a sharp tie. And if you love the ’70s, the groovier the outfit the better. It’s going to be an incredible day of golf, food and frivolity. all in support of Cancer for College.

Golf is sold out, but sponsorships and afterparty tickets are still available. We hope to see you all out on the course.

Cancer for College is a nonprofit foundation that hopes to restore cancer survivors’ bright futures through need-based scholarships, medical debt relief and educational experiences.

This is one of the foundation’s biggest events and has helped raise over seven million dollars in scholarships since 1993.
